Not automatic! You must apply manually. (Pell-eligible students only).

February

FAFSA Receipt Begins

Pima begins receiving 26-27 FAFSA data.

March 2

AZ Promise Opens

Application window opens. Grants up to $500/semester.

March

Merit Offers Sent

Merit & Excellence offers go out. Check your email to accept!

April

FAFSA Processing

Pima processes files. Watch for emails regarding missing docs.

May

Award Letters

Financial aid awards appear in student records (can be as early as April).

August

Disbursement

Funds credited to accounts based on class start date.
